The joy of vegetarianism, a dietary experience that purifies both body and mind. In this vegetarian restaurant conceptualized around prototype ingredients, we pondered how to imbue the space with the same purity and essence as its prototype.
Derived from the prototypes of nature—plants, deadwood, branches, and stones; primal materials such as terracotta, red bricks, and mottled bamboo green special paint—utilizing the natural textures and subtle graininess of these materials, the space is refined to exude a delicate sophistication within the ambiance of natural primitiveness. Beyond the tactile quality of the materials, we endeavored to design a beauty akin to object aesthetics, slowing the pace of the space to evoke a serene and contemplative atmosphere of philosophical imagination.
Inspired by prototype ingredients, the chef contemplates how to utilize these prototypes to create an unprecedented gustatory experience. Simultaneously, we pondered how to craft a space where one can peacefully savor vegetarian cuisine while enjoying the conviviality of casual conversations with friends.
